Middletown Trace Apartments

Moving state-to-state can always be stressful; however, the Middletown Trace leasing office made the process so easy for our move! The minute we drove into the property and saw the amenities, space and welcoming neighbors we knew we had to live here. Special thanks to Alexis for giving us an amazing tour and providing us with confidence in our decision, Nancy for providing an easy and seamless move in day process and Karen for giving us a warm welcome on our move in day. We are excited to be apart of this great community!

Honest review, wouldn’t recommend or live again. And no I do not need a response from the leasing office on my opinion and honest truths. Thank you Lived here for a year, at first we expected the home they showed us a modern home instead it was more older looking model since we asked repeatedly for no carpet of course carpet was the only thing available unless we wanted to pay more. Almost 5k to move into a townhome that doesn’t have any updated appliances. Monthly rent 2,215 plus electric, home insurance and gas charges. The children’s playground isn’t even well maintained so you’ll have to drive for a better park for your children to play at. PRO: the gym was probably my only thing I couldn’t complain or find a problem about but for the amount you’re paying it should be open 24/7. CON: Bugs bugs and more bugs! A problem that was never fixed! (Called exterminator 3 times and he came once) You cannot have anything on your lawn but if you walk around you find apartments with several outdoor appliances out front. But again “ ITS NOT ALLOWED “. Let’s start by the dog issue where the “ leasing manger Karen” accused our dog of biting kids when our dog was ever on the property then continued to deny the statement she made when brought upon her with the rightful owner of the dog. (Emotional support animal to be exact) The majority of maintenance calls were attended to but some problems were not fixed. Our dishwasher had a horrible odor, the bathroom would clog so we went out our way to get the job done since maintenance came weeks later. Our windows were never fixed so we had fogged windows from move in. The bedroom had leaks that took weeks to get attended to. The pool was filthy and had lifeguards who just sat around and caught a tan, and ate on the job instead of actually cleaning the bug infested pool. Prior to moving out we made sure the place was in tip top shape due to moving out and we wanted to receive our deposit. Of course the deposit was not return because the “ leasing manager “ wanted to find something in the house to blame our dog on, since she didn’t want him on the premises and insisted we “ go get a new dog “. Can’t show you the chat cause once you move out they erased records and access to the rent payment app. We were charged 1,000 for a pet odor. and 1,100 for carpet removal. Do you guys not change the filthy carpets from past tenants or do they like to charge for being billed what you should already replace as a property . And last, if you plan on staying for more then one year expect your rent to change because it’s their rule. With all the money you receive from every Parton on the premises it could’ve at least been updated to the 20th century and been gated with security. And a surveillance system for occurring issues with owners not picking up after pets and etc.

Middletown Trace Apartments are a beautiful place to live. The manager Karen and Assistant Manager Nancy are amazing as well as Alexis. The maintenance staff are second to none. Tim and Rob have done amazing fixes on things. Everything done here is always timely and very good. Any outside contractors used are excellent. This is a wonderful community to be a part of and a safe and well-kept place to live thanks to our top-notch office staff mentioned above and the maintenance staff.

My boyfriend and I have been living at Middletown Trace for half a year now and we honestly have been loving it. The staff are both incredibly friendly (Alexis comes quickly to mind) as well as very responsive: I sent an email regarding a concern and Karen got back to me quickly - we even chatted casually for a bit! The grounds are clean and regularly tended to, maintenance is prompt, the neighbors are friendly but also respect privacy and most importantly - we feel safe living in this community. We have yet to regret choosing Middletown Trace as our first apartment and would recommend it to anyone. My boyfriend and I look forward to the future years living here.
